Mantra 1
īśāvāsyam idaṁ sarvaṁ yat kiñca jagatyāṁ jagat
Synonyms
īśā—by the Lord; avāsyam—controlled and owned; idam—this; sarvam—everything; yat—whatever.
Translation
Everything within the universe is controlled and owned by the Lord.
Purport
The Supreme Personality of Godhead is the owner of everything, and everything is situated within His energy.
